Danforth Pizza House was opened in 1964 by
a young italian immigrant named Angelo.
His unique style of pizza quickly became
a neighborhood favourite, and DPH has been serving the city some of it’s best pies ever since .
Our pizzas are carefully prepared with only the highest quality ingredients. The dough is handmade daily and the cheese is a tightly-held secret .
We’ve been taught the craft of this unique style of pizza from Angelo’s family and take great pride in continuing a tradition of quality and excellence that has been a part of East York for over 50 years.
